Patrice Coleman brings over 20 years of professional experience, including 14 years in management and leadership across a variety of industries. Her expertise spans staff development, process optimization, project management, and workplace efficiency—skills she has used to help organizations strengthen performance and achieve measurable results. Patrice is also an experienced trainer and public speaker, known for her ability to inspire and equip others to lead with confidence.
Driven by a passion for helping people reach their goals and a natural talent for solving business challenges with creativity, Patrice founded Plenum Project Group Consulting Firm in 2017. As an executive consultant, she blends strategic insight with innovative problem-solving, guiding businesses and organizations toward long-term success. Her diverse background—covering automotive, retail, finance, healthcare administration, cosmetology, manufacturing, community development, and faith-based leadership—gives her a unique perspective and the versatility to support clients across multiple sectors.
In addition to her consulting work, Patrice has owned and operated two successful retail businesses and launched Battle Tested Armor Ministries, Inc., a nonprofit dedicated to leadership development. Through its nine-week training program, the organization helps individuals break through mental and emotional barriers to step into leadership roles within their communities. Over the years, Patrice has trained and mentored CEOs, nonprofit executives, pastors, youth mentors, and community leaders. Her commitment remains the same: to cultivate strong, well-rounded leaders who create meaningful and lasting impact.

Family, Hobbies, & Life Style

Patrice is a native of St. Louis, MO and moved to Topeka, KS in 2014. She has 2 daughters, ages 27 and 17 , who are also entrepreneurs. Patrice loves animals and enjoys riding and taking care of her 2 horses and playing with her goat, 1 year old Border Collie/ Australian Shepard (Alex) and her cat named Cleo. She enjoys writing, painting, drawing, and skating , along with spending time with her children. She is active in the community, her church, and she invests time in other by encouraging, and being encouraged, through leading her women's group, Women of Fire.
