Patrice Coleman, currently in her third year pursuing a psychology degree, brings two decades of professional experience, with 14 years dedicated to managerial and leadership roles across diverse industries. Specializing in staff development, process optimization, project management, and workplace efficiency, she has played a pivotal role in driving success in various sectors. In addition to her diverse skill set, Patrice is also adept trainer and public speaker.
Fueled by a passion for helping others achieve their dreams and a knack for innovative problem-solving in business, Patrice founded the Plenum Project Group Consulting Firm in 2017. As an executive consultant, she infuses creativity into problem-solving, guiding businesses toward success. Patrice's extensive expertise spans automotive, finance, healthcare administration, cosmetology, manufacturing, community development, and religion, providing her with abundant ingenuity to assist clients in elevating their enterprises.
Prior to establishing Plenum Project Group, Patrice established the nonprofit organization Battle Tested Armor Ministries Inc. This organization focuses on empowering individuals from all walks of life to become community leaders through a 9-week training course designed to eliminate mental and emotional barriers. With experience training CEOs, nonprofit leaders, religious figures, youth mentors, and others, Patrice is committed to cultivating well-rounded, strong leaders.
Supported by the Plenum Project Group team, which includes experts in videography, marketing, politics, communications, social media, community engagement, project management, leadership, staff development, and public speaking, she is well-equipped to help organizations achieve their goals, gain insights, and effectively build the businesses they envision.
Family, Hobbies, & Life Style
Patrice is a native of St. Louis, MO and moved to Topeka, KS in 2014. She has 2 daughers, ages 25 and 15 year old, who are also entrepenures. Patrice loves animals and enjoys ridng and taking care of her 2 horses and playing with her goat, 1 year old Border Collie/ Australlian Shepard (Alex) and her cat named Cleo. She enjoys writting, painting, drawing, and skating , along with spending time with her children. She is active in the community, her church, and she invests time in other by encourging, and being encouraged, through leading her women's group, Women of Fire.
